Be honest, is IRONRuby dead?...

description

Please, not even a mantainance release in almost a year, so should we spend our time even trying it out any more?

Maybe the souces stored here(https://github.com/IronLanguages/main) would be the newest.

Up to you. If you don't care don't use it. If you find it useful, e.g. for .NET App scripting, you can build it from source and use it as is or contribute a patch that fixes stuff, create a release, etc. Go to github and help to make IronRuby more lively.

I use IronRuby all the time, it's great. Perhaps it could do with a maintenance release (I've just been building from source personally), but if you look at github you'll see checkins and stuff, the project is definitely not abandoned. Thank you again Tomas for all your ongoing work

Sep 26, 2012, looking at the above link, it was last updated a month ago with some Win8 fixes. So I'd say as an Open Source community it's at least trickling along.
