Visual Studio 2010 Iron Ruby 1.1.1 Gem Problem is NOT FIXED!!!

I've seen several posts about the error message 'can't convert NilClass to String' posted here, but I can't locate a work around or a fix for this problem. This issue is posted as being 'FIXED' but frankly the igem support in 2010 is seriously broken and needs to be repaired by 'somoene' so the IronRuby program works. I've included the output from a clean install where a GEM project is started, but this problem is PERVASIVE in the IronRuby 1.1.1 release.

Got this from a fresh 1.1.1 install:

Some gems work but some do not. Rails does not work for me. "can't convert NilClass to String" every time!

This should be fixed in 1.1.2, which will be released soon. You can also build IronRuby from source if you want to try it out sooner still.
